FilamArts: Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC)

The Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC), or Filam Arts, celebrates Filipino heritage, arts, and creativity annually in Los Angeles, California. It is the largest gathering of Filipino artistry in the United States.

FPAC began in 1990 under the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department’s Festivals Program, aimed at embracing the city’s diverse population.

Initiated by approximately 100 artists and community leaders, the inaugural FPAC happened at Los Angeles City College in 1992.

FPAC offers a window into the rich cultural tapestry of the Philippines, showcasing traditional and contemporary art forms passed down through generations.
