Fiesta In America

New Jersey: Fiesta In America

Fiesta in America stands as one of the largest Filipino-American indoor events on the East Coast. This gathering draws thousands of attendees, all seeking a rich multicultural experience.

The event features a vibrant mix of Filipino music, delicious cuisine, and a showcase of booths displaying the offerings of Filipino entrepreneurs, in addition to various other festive activities.

How the “fiesta” began

Current President and CEO Fernando Mendez founded “Philippine Fiesta,” which began as a US-Philippines Trade Show and Concert at New York’s Jacob Javits Center in 1996.

The next year, it was reorganized and adopted its new name, “Fiesta in America.” whose venue relocated to the Meadowlands in New Jersey.

There are about 1 million Filipino Americans living in the greater city of New York and New Jersey, making Fiesta in America an important event for Pinoys in America.
